PT THAI BOXING

Train fighting with us. In our opinion, martial arts is one of the best forms of exercise for fat burning and all-round training as the body is exposed to both conditioning and strength-demanding exercises.

In addition, it is one of the most enjoyable forms of exercise, you will surely forget the time. Personal martial arts training is offered both to those who are beginners and want to build up proper technique from scratch, and to those who have practiced for a few years but want to focus and improve certain techniques. During the private martial arts sessions, the focus is on challenging you at just the right level.

COUPLES TRAINING

Train together with your partner or friend during tailor-made duo sessions that are adapted to your level!

If you want to find a common interest or ensure that you see and socialize while doing something useful for body and mind, we can strongly recommend couples training.

In order for the training to be both fun and effective, together with us you will set up a joint plan with individual adaptations so that you feel that both of you are challenged while you support each other to reach your goals.

Couples training is available both for those who want to strength train or run private martial arts training.

You can find the sessions under the name PT-DUO.

PERSONAL TRAINING GYM

With us, we have a fully equipped gym for those who want to start training or those who need that extra push to reach new goals.

Since childhood we have been in the gym, our second home we usually say. Our trainers have focused on training that involves explosiveness, rehab and work with body weight & free weights, i.e. functional training and are happy to train with you who want to improve in this. For those of you who need help with both exercise and diet, we can jointly help with a plan that fits your everyday life and at the same time your goals.

The purpose of the arrangement is precisely that it should be PERSONAL. We are happy to go and shop according to the diet plan together with our clients and give tips around the clock over the phone in addition to the periods we train together!
