Fight Performance by Apex is a multi layered hybrid athlete concept created by coach Jacob to become a workout experience that embodies the very core of FSA Workouts. Expect an immersive mix of functional strength, HIIT, mobility, boxing drills, heavy bag and pad work - all embedded in music, rhythm, breathwork and meditation practice. Perfect for fighters, athletes and anyone who is looking for a skill building, raw and intense training session that activates both body, mind and spirit.

NORDIC STYLE BREATHWORK

In this class we will focus on coming in contact with our body and mind, and to see which amazing states we can enter just by controlling our breath in various ways. The class starts with an introduction about what we will do and why we do it, followed by a check in and question round. When everybody is ready we will lie down comfortably on the floor and embark on this Nordic Breathwork journey led by Sam.
